Follow the journey from joining the challenge to submitting your work. Each step shows exactly where to click, and the red circles point to the button you need.

Getting set up

Create your account
Fill in your details and set a password, then click Next. Use a valid email, as this is where your notifications will arrive.
NoteAvoid underscores (_) and dashes (-) in your password. These characters can sometimes cause sign-in issues.
NoteSeeing an “invalid email” message? Your email is probably already registered, often because you took part in an Agorize challenge before. Reset your password, or contact us and we will help.

Complete your profile
Right after signing up, finish your personal profile. Use the Edit links to fill in anything missing until you reach 100%.

Create your team
One person creates the team, sets a team name and a team picture, then invites the others.
NoteOnly one person should create the team. If several people create separate teams, you will need to merge later.

Invite your teammates
Use invite your friends or Go hiring to add members until your team has 3 to 5 people.

Open your team space
Click My space in the top bar, then click directly on your team name to open the workspace. Clicking anywhere else on the row may not open it.

Participation form
Complete and submit your challenge entry for each phase.
Team
See your teammates and edit your team profile.
Hiring
Invite and recruit members to fill your team.
Workspace
Share files with your team and mentor, and open the document editor or a call.
Mentor/Admin
Message your mentor and the administrators, or join a call.

Complete and submit your work
Open the Participation form tab. Fill in each required field, then scroll down and click Submit before the deadline. New submission forms appear here as the challenge moves through its phases. Complete forms are submitted automatically.

Watch for announcements
Important updates come to you on the platform through the bell. You will be notified when a submission form opens, when your mentor is assigned, or when the organisers post an update.

Talk to your mentor and the admins
Open the Mentor/Admin tab to reach both your mentor and the challenge administrators. Click Send to write a message, or Join a call when one is available.

Ask the community
Use the Discussion Wall for general questions that could help everyone. You will find it on the challenge’s main page, under View challenge. Type in the box and click Post. Every participant can see and answer posts here.
